TERRIBLE SERVICE. My package got stuck in their branch because they wanted to, the address was clearly written. When they asked them to transfer him to where he should go, they ignored them and they don't answer calls either. Wait 8 DAYS. I managed to solve it thanks to the only efficient manager they have to have and for a scolding surely. Since they did not want to deliver it there to someone who authorized it, but they also did not want to send it to where it should be. I spent more, in the end it came to me through another package and thanks to my insistence too, or else they would surely have returned it to the sender. NEVER use Cargo expreso services, and neither will I again.
