Located in a gas station with ample parking. 99.99% of the vases my packages have arrived on time. They send me from different parts of Guatemala and I send back and I have never had a loss. Friendly staff at this agency, plus the lady who has been working there for years. My only complaint would be that it's a miracle if they ever answer the phone for any questions one might have. Highly recommended.
