If you actually want to receive your package, stay away from Panajachel cargo expreso . I and several friends were told their package was not there. We could see our packages behind the counter. Thieves work here.

I've been waiting for a package for 3 days and nothing. The people in your Panajachel office peel it ALL day. I have called easy about 20 times in 3 days and they do not answer at any time. They don't respond on WhatsApp. If you have to send something, use another company.
