They sent me a parcel 8 days ago from the Capital to Jutiapa 8 days ago. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT It is supposed that the Delivery was the next day. I have been calling by telephone in Jutiapa for years, they do NOT answer the only line they have. I call Guatemala and they send you to A Chat I send My Information and Shipping Guide NO ONE HELPES YOU. They do not call me to Announce and Arrange Delivery. EXPRESS CARGO became Obsolete, and With the Most BAD TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY SERVICE IN GUATEMALA. LOUSY. I prefer another company that calls me as many times as necessary to contact me and deliver my packages. This time the Sender chose this Company I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I PREFER GUATEX.
